All FinBox software, code, outputs, and designs are the intellectual property of the creator(s) and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without express written permission.

7. No Ongoing Obligation

FinBox tools are provided without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued support. Features may change, be removed, or break without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of FinBox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Some FinBox tools rely on AI models to interpret documents and generate explanations. These outputs are automatically generated and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. AI is fallible, and results should always be verified before acting on them. The AI is intended to help you get a clearer picture, not to replace human judgment or professional advice. We encourage users to treat FinBox outputs as a starting point, not a conclusion.

10. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to have your uploaded data or associated outputs permanently deleted from our system, you can request this at any time by emailing mark@finbox.co.za. Please include the email address you used so we can identify your request.
